Is there a reason for having the BMC_Person CI’s other than for software

Hi,
In CTM: People do an advanced search as 'Profile Status'= "Enabled" AND
'ReconciliationIdentity'=0. The profile records you get as results are those
which are not pushed into BMC_Person. Select the profile and change the status

there is a bug in the workflow that sends them to BMC_Person, especially if you

I would suggest that you review the workflow on CTM:People to determine if the

Hi,
We are on 7.6.04 and the BMC_Person records for many users are not in the
table.
Not sure why. So now I need to try to get those users from CTM:People into
BMC_Person.

Hi,
How do I get users from CTM:People into the BMC_Person class?
We have over 40,000 users in CTM:People, however they are not in BMC_Person.
We need to have the 40,000 in BMC_Person.

Hello everyone,
Just received a request to think about how we can start storing data on users,
data consumers, providers, etc.. in the CMDB. At first glance, I noticed the
BMC_Person class which I could use... Obviously we already store more or less
the same data on CTM:people...But...
