get the CI Relationship Viewer working, but seem to be missing some install
files. Could somebody please send me the following files if at all possible:
1. DataVisForms.def (Contained in the ..\AR System\AR

Hi All,
We are setting up a new ITSM 7.0.3 environment with separate
Relationship Viewer is installed automatically with CMDB 2.1, it
is no longer a separate installation. The install guide is not clear on
how this works.
We queried the CMDB 2.1 install with BMC support and they told us that
Mid Tier must be installed on the same server as the CMDB. This doesn't

For anyone else that is/was experiencing problems with the CIViewer failing
for non-Admin users with the The CI Relationship Viewer could not open
because the specified root CI does not exist. error, I can now verify that
installing CMDB 2.0.1 Patch 006 resolves the problem.

The reason that Demo brings up the CI Viewer in the AR User Tool and appadmin
doesn't is because Demo has Administrator

I also installed Mid-tier 7.0 Patch 001 on another box.
