I am about to create a development environment for our

After the software installs, I am planning to copy the
database from production and dump it on development.
What kind of cleanup do I have to do afterwards...with

I would advise against
Server with ITSM 7 thru database copy?
Another thing that will not copy correctly with a database is EIE or AIE
- you will have to reinstall it after the move, but that does work.

the install) and moving to a new server/database. So we took a database
backup of our Dev environment and tried

Hi Joe,
This is something I learnt at BMC Userworld recently. I believe that EIE
is being bundled with the Atrium CMDB and is therefore named the Atrium
Integration Engine. I believe it is pretty much the same thing
