Arg
The crystal server host name could not resolve using the short name only the
FQDN. Added a host file entry for the short and the FQDN and all is well.

I am able to run the reports (using the ARSystem ODBC Driver) from the CSM. I
logged in as a user, loaded a Crystal Report definition, pointed it to the
correct database driver and it ran fine. What I cannot do is run the reports
from the ITSM application.
