Considering that Asbury was called Beirut by the Sea during the
90s hell years, perhaps the Marines were thinking that they were
going to make their target look like Asbury Park did in the popular
perception.

My guess is the banks are still knocking off a % off the appraiser's
reports - that is, if the appraisers have not done so themselves.
With the banks adjusting the appraisials, the buyer has to come up with
