Good Morning everyone. The Appeals court reversed the December 2005 decision against The Lighthouse in part. They decided in a published opinion yesterday that The C 1 Commercial Zone ordinance of Long Branch was illegal and violated the civil rights of the Lighthouse Mission myself.
