That is what the record says. This is seen fairly often, for a number of reasons. Needing someone to care for children after their mother dies produces some interesting matches. There don't seem to be any children involved here, so perhaps Maria was a land owner, then marrying would be a step up fo

Yes. Rosemarie has tested herself and her brother. They are half Italian and half Portuguese. One of them seems to get a few more Italian matches than the other (who I guess gets a few more Portuguese matches). You and your sibling got 50% of mom and 50% of dad, but you didn't get the same 50%. W
