LMS 7.9 See the screen capture below showing the standard Default
interface with no modifications. Looks fine in the album/track listing

Just as an FYI, this is what I've been seeing every time I do an SVN
update of LMS for the past few months. I have four instances that I
update, two of 7.9 and two of 7.8. I always get two timeouts, and then

The OP is more than a year and half old. Since

do SVN updates occasionally now - maybe every week or two at most, but
I've noticed this for the last couple of months. When I attempt to do
updates, the server will time out the first couple of attempts, then it

disabling them, and immediately restart the server, the changes often

Information page during a scan. They get logged when I attempt to go
into setting for the Date/Time screensaver when there are no players
connected to the server.
This is what I see when I run a new & changed scan then go to the Info
tab. During the scan, I only see the 'Abort Scan' link and afterward it
only shows the summary line with the total time.

Hmm. I guess I just don't browse genres very often. Here are a couple

- If I favorite a genre, when I click that favorite, instead of seeing

Although I just realized that there _is_ a bug related to the listing of
all albums for a genre. When 'Use two separate lists for Album Artists
and All Artists' is configured in the options, compilations albums fail

I was just browsing my Christmas music. I only occasionally browse by
genre, but when I do, I find myself usually going to the end of the list
to find the 'All Albums' link. Especially true for genres with
relatively few albums, like -Christmas- or things like -Flamenco- or
-Celtic-.

I don't recall at the moment the exact reason that lead me to change,
but I've retagged all of my VA compilations with an explicit ALBUMARTIST
of "Various Artists". And I can, indeed, see this "Various Artists"
listed under genres. I also add an ALBUMARTISTSORT field to these files
with the value
In the web UI, when I do a quick search and then view all of the songs
found, they appear to be sorted by ALBUM name. From the advanced search,
the results appear to be sorted by SONG/ALBUM.
IMO, the most helpful order would be SONG/ARTIST/ALBUM. Just seems to me
