folder) and removed the 'password' line.
Restarted SC and up pops the login prompt again. :-(

buttons on the right side get a little confused. FF and kubuntu.

I am running Vista Ultimate and Firefox. When I start SC7 (build
1/21/08) I get an error message window that states: Windows Cannot
Find 'C\ProgramData\SqueezeCenter\SqueezeCenter Web Interface.url'.
Go to Windows settings where you can define your default browser. Define it
once again. This

This is not happening for me using the windows 25/1 nightly. I get the
choice of squeezenetwork in the webui but still connect to the old

No, I was talking about the menus. I've cleaned out my cache (except
cookies) removed a bunch of plugins and restarted the server. I can
make changes to the kitchen player via the web UI and I can see them
change on my study player immediately.

creates a log directory in the user's home directory if there is no
root-level Application Support folder.

Using the same call as for retrieving cover art, what is used in lieu
of the track_ID of the cover art item when retrieving the Cover Art
for a remote stream? Do you use the word remote or the Station name
such as Shoutcast?

I think I've answered my own question -- SC7 is aborting scans after
hitting files with cover art it doesn't like so every time a new scan
is initiated, it keeps failing on the same files during the cover art
scan.

plugin seemed to be the culprit.
Adblock (or similar) and Firebug are other add-ons which can cause
problems. Not in all cases reproducable. But it's always a good guess

Running SqueezeCenter 2/11 nightlies (although this problem cropped up
when I switched to v.7). When I try to stop SC from the system tray
icon, I get a pop-up SqueezeCenter error window with the message:

Just trying to set up a new Receiver and I notice that the subpages
available in Player Settings for the Receiver includes the MusicInfoScr
page ... is that right? Other display-related subpages are deleted from
the dropdown list.
I only disabled the display of the full settings, but haven't

(It would be nice if the software were able to tell you what
