Larger, fitter, better disciplined, teams will reduce the levels of fatigue and risk of injury. EU(C)C and WU(C)C tournaments insists that teams have a minimum of 12 players rostered for every game a team plays (though I'm unsure whether they're supposed to be "fit to play", or just "rostered"!)

Last year for BritOpen, we decided to do something about this by A) telling the caterers what we wanted and B) getting a Nutritionist to examine the sport's participants' requirements. I know from personal experience in the Lookfly pitchside shop that we weren't allowed to have any drinks or food in the shop at Southampton this weekend. The venue would not allow it as they claimed it takes away from any profits the venue makes from selling it's, quite often rather poor, food
