Can you tell us how do you have it configured? There are quite a few steps

Perhaps what could matter is the codec chosen between the RSVP agents.

Hi Randl,
I use this configuration on both sides HQ and BR router that contain the CUE:
dspfarm profile 1 transcode
codec g711ulaw
codec g711alaw
codec g729ar8
codec g729abr8
codec g729r8
codec passthrough
rsvp
maximum sessions 3
associate application SCCP
hq-rsvp in is HQ-DP
I'll try it in my next rack session that I don't have access now
But why RDP CSS need this mva-pt that i think it is only used to call outside
[as i was inside the company] and no need to see the mva again !!

Just to be sure, are we talking about CUCM - CUE jtapi integration?
Not sure why it would fail but I would remove the codec-passthrough.
Also, check on both routers the debug call rsvp-sync to check if rsvp
bandwidth is failing, or perhaps the rsvp agent is not being allocated.
Also, are local
Hi voice boy,
Do not use xcoder for RSVP. I do not think you would be able to do RSVP and
transcoding at the same time with the same dspfarm profile.
Do the following:
Configure MTP for RSVP again in the following manner:
dspfarm profile 1 MTP
no codec g711ulaw
codec g729r
codec passthrough

Hi Experts,
I know that is possible have the MGCP, H323 and SIP on the same gateway. The
question (my doubt) is about the best practice to it:
Can i have the same interface to bind the all protocolo (Ex: H323 bind
interface and mgcp bind) or would better to have one interface to bind each
OSL is fast loosing reputation as a list where CCIE NDA is openely violated.

Part of the answer depends on how you define things in callmanager. For
example, if you are using a gatekeeper and h323 gateway, you can't define the
same IP Address twice. You can't add a gk with the same IP being used as the
hostname of the h323 gateway (best practice). In this scenarios,

gatekeeper in this environment.

Hi voice boy,
Do not use xcoder for RSVP. I do not
I understand, I was just pointing out the database limitation of naming on ccm.
If you think about it, you are already running H323 if you turn on SRST with
MGCP. I think any limitations would be performance issues. H323 and SIP use
dial peers and the more you have the more work the system
Evandro,
You can use both , but without the same ip add.
Define for example one interface for MGCP media and control and another for
h323 interface.
