Edgar, William, Vik, I recreated this issue with the CUC/SIP integration and narrowed it down a bit more. It seems that the issue only occurs when the caller does not have a mailbox on CUC (Site C callers, PSTN callers..). If you add a VM box for your Site C guy for instance then he can
