Try setting "Maximum Number of Sessions" to 1 in JTAPI trigger.

The UCCX exam is an admin and design test... hell, the class doesn't
even cover enough material for the lab.

If I took the UCCXD class, is this enough knowledge for the scripting I
would need to do on the CCIE lab?
I heard that there isn't much scripting in UCCXD and that you need the
second class
BTW, the license that comes with CCM is a license for using TAPS...

No, Enhanced lets you do Skills-based routing... Premium lets you do
DB integration
BTW, this is a well-known secret (and famous oxymoron), but any
license from any 4.X IPCC server will work... they aren't tied to mac
address... so, just swipe one from work...

I take it the premium lets you do the skills based routing. Makes sense now.
I dont suppose anyone know if there is a demo license for the premium
version for 2 agents.

You are running 4.0(4) flat (no SRs).
You need to have an Enhanced license.
On the main page, after you login, it should say: "Package

Did you set up the softphone to use G729? If so, and IPCC is 711-only
(IPCC is either or, so, if you install it as 711, you need a
transcoder for 729 to talk to it...)...
However, you say you hear dead air... does the call disconnect? Or
does the line stay open?

switch and 3 phones.
When I do anything on the phones that uses the IP Phone Agent service, I get
really slow response time. Such as, changing state, ready, not ready, logout.
