I got AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS in the rip target directory.  However, there are no files in the audio directory. I don't get any sound in the roxio dvd preview, but that might be because the software doesn't have sound for preview set up correctly. I'll try a burn to a dvd-rw and see what pops out.

Well this isn't exactly hex hacking, but there was this game that came out for the mac that was like a first person shooter, except you only stayed in one place, could not move.  basically you just shoot at the bad guys that come up from behind buildings or tombstones.  no polygons, just sprites.

So I went to BestBuy Saturday and picked out a monitor after agonizing for an hour. I went with the Sony 19" that was a display model (they knocked of some $$) and went way over the budget I had originally intended.
