wondering if anyone knew a good service or software that I can use to translate

With a 64 bit OS running CF you won't notice any real difference because
it will be running that in 32 bit mode. There isn't a java for windows

I had a motion sensitive PC game controller for ages.
THe one where you could tilt it left to move left etc.
Never helped me with games. And if the controller is shaped the same
as the dual shock I can't see anyone using it as anything other than a
normal controller.
