Michael, I would contact Niamh O'Byrne on this, the certification coordinator.  You SHOULD be on there. This is all the more incentive for me to finally take my CFMX Certification test.  It looks like they dropped the CF 5 certs from this page recently, so my advanced CF 5 cert isn't listed on MM.
