By the way - back on topic - had some awesome grilled steaks last night. I
think we're used to cooking steaks on it. Perfect medium NY Strips. And they
were on sale! $7 a lb.
Now if we can just learn to grill chicken
Ribs - I'm lazy, but this works really well for me. I pressure cook
the ribs for 20-25 minutes, then cook 'em on the grill to "cook in"
the BBQ sauce. works great.
As for chicken... I slather on the bbq every time I turn the chicken
(we usually cook chicken breasts)... it bugs me how long it tak
barbeque sauce till they
are almost done to keep it from burning.
