Those are for adding accessories. The bottom one is labeled IGN, for
Ignition-ON, ie it turns off when the key turns off. Good place for
powering an aftermarket tach, for example. I forget if this is on when the
key is in the accessory position.
The top one should be labeled BAT -- this is batt

The problem, IMO is the turbo. I know you get big
performance gains from the turbo but you just can't
get out and shut them down. The manufacturer should
provide, for a fee in southern states, a cool down
shutoff. Otherwise, go to a normally asperated unit.

Yeah, there is supposed to be a short 4A fuse there. Mine is missing. I hope
that's all it is.

I just checked my factory manual and for 72 the instrument lamps are served
by a short 5 amp fuse on the bottom middle of the fuse box. Maybe 69's are
the same?
