I can say this from experience. I put a repro 1/4 skin on my 70 and 2 repro 1/4 skins on my 69. The ones on the 69 were a horrible fit. The corners where it meets the tail light housing on the 69 were rounded and not nice sharp 90 degree corners so that made it very difficult to get thetail ligh
