Is the fuel sending unit grounded to the body? If the temp gauge isn’t
working, it’s usually a problem with the sending unit screwed
Ground wires are very important I added wires from the back of the gauge
cluster to the ground strip for the light switch and then to the metal dash.
What happens when the switch is turned to on?

Dan, The guages are not new nor is the engine harness or the dash harness. And
no the guages did not work before. I was hoping that putting a new pcb. in
would get them working. All the wiring is still original to the car. I did put

I think it is just a thread sealer. A thread locker would not be
needed since bleeders seat with pressure, but speed bleeders need to
seal when unscrewed a turn or few.
