If a pet hernia is like a human hernia they have to have surgery because it is
a rip in the muscle wall. I have had experience with human hernias with my

Hi my mom has a terrier mix and my brother and sister in law are living with
her until they get their new home. They have a chi Little Man. Harley the
terrier mix is a male and as you can tell by the name the chi is also. They
both live inside and neither one of them mark anything in the house
Our chi Little Man has a spot on one of his front legs. We've noticed he licks
at it when he's nervous or scared. Maybe that's what is happening with your
pup.
