What error are you referring too? The book is correct in regards to split
horizon and frame-relay.
The only 'shortcoming' I see in the frame-relay chapter is that it doesn't
beat into the reader's head the ip split horizon issue with frame-relay
physical interfaces ;-)

Rajesh,
I was going thru the Lab 4 of IPEXPERT notes - IGRP/EIGRP.
I couldn't follow the reason why on Router 4's serial interface ip
split-horizon is given.
This is to prevent R4`s IGRP to not re-inject the routes its learned
from R2. Remember that R2 and R4 are in the same IGRP routing
Recall that unlike access lists, if no match is found in a route map, the
packet is forwarded through the normal routing process. If you look at the
routing table, is the next hop for the destination 10.1.1.2?

Hi All,
I am trying to install CM on a non approved box.
I have heard that this can be done by tweaking the registry on a W2K box.
Does any one know which registry key needs to be changed ?
Or any other solution would also be deeply appreciated.
Thanks for any input in this matter.

Well, both the virtual-template method and the interface multilink method

The interface multilink method is a bit more intuitive.

The way the CPU utilization is calculated for your show proc cpu is 99% -

I don't think a 1201 would be a good platform. A 2901 on the other hand
would be perfect as long as you can get the images you want to run
loaded. I don't think the newer features for the Cat5k would be
critical in CCNP or CCIE prep.
