Sorry, don't remember the person's name who posted the original
question, but I was dealing with the same thing. Installed 12.1.13E last
night, now I'm getting nothing but hits, even with default buffer settings.

I would think this will cause input drop, and if you do a "sh int " on the
router, you will see the number count of "no buffer"

There is no command to clear the buffer counters, and I do not think there i
will ever be one.
The only way to do it is to reload the box.

Well I figured it out. Once I changed the rmon to
boot manually and ignore nvram I was able to boot from rom. From there it was
