When you say CatOS in bootflash what do you mean? You need to have
the MSFC IOS image in bootflash of the MSFC, (RP) and you must set the
boot variable using the bootldr bootflash:msfcbootx.

RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization. Meaning the Sup is toast and you
have to get a replacement. Before I got to the place I'm working now, the
