That should work well. Two comments:
1) make sure stuff can't shift in the locker to contact the fan blades -
some of their heaters don't have grills over the back of the fans.
2) you should consider where the air is going to get sucked from as you
want to ensure enough of it can get

I had a similar heater (Red Dot) on a previous 36 ft cutter with vent in salon.
It would nearly drive you out of the boat with heat. I hope to install similar
heater on my boat using existing ducting from my Espar heater so that either

My tanks are ~20 gallons each and if they seem clean (no smells or tastes)
then I'll put 1 tbsp of bleach in the fill hose prior to filling. I let
