Most of the historic traffic had to do with Scott actively participating in the
list and listing his clients. I have noticed the less Declude participates the
quieter the list gets.
And Declude has been keeping to them selves as of late.

Then I would suggest making a feature enhance ment to SmarterTools.

It sounds to me that SmarterMail defaults to an HTML view of a message. They
do not see this as a bug so it must be a feature!!

Not really, declude.exe will still put the messages into the proc directory
for processing when the declude service restarts.
So no messages will go unchecked.

Server
it is the actual service. You need to stop your service and then rename the
file to decludeproc.exe and replace your decludeproc.exe
I just did the update

This
is exactly why we use BIND and not MS DNS for our public facing DNS. All you
need to do to migrate to a new server is change a few ip addresses (if changing
IP addresses) in a text based file. Then copy that to the new server and off you
go.

A previous post said to do declude -v it returns a blank line but
decludeproc -v returns the version number.

You di dnot remove the declude exe from the imail folder as per the
instructions. You do not have the proper stub program running.
Also to get the declude version you run
decludeproc -diag. Althoug mine is not currently working.

What are the issues of doing this. On older versions of PIX this would cause
issues with the standard translation to the inside address. So we never used
it, and received a complicated workarround from cisco.
What version did this become stable?
