One thing to think about...
If you set up your own in-house monitoring, you probably will not get an alert

Anyone else seeing a major reduction is spam the past week ?
I usually see about 14-15k messages daily, but since Monday have
dropped off to about 8k... Did the recent arrests and law suits have a
result this early ?

I have see about a 12% reduction in the past week.

Anyone
The last two weekends were noticeably quiet compared to the weekdays.
Judging from the number and flavour of blowback bounce messages I see,
the bad guys are concentrating on fewer campaigns but at higher volumes.
The general trend is still up.
Spam volumes climbed at increasing rates up to
May 1st is a big holiday in Europe, so maybe that had some affect.

Here is my country filter. It's been recently updated to have Serbia (RS)
#Check for e-mail for sending country Used in Database
#Don't get much valid e-mail from these Countries so they get weighted more

Thanks Guys, I've got it working. I used Scott's txt to start with, but I
will probably use some of Matt's stuff as an example to customize it
further. Now I just need to figure out why my google searches yesterday
didn't turn up these links. (Probably end of day brain-fog on my part)

Harry,
REVDNS timeout occurs when Declude does not get an answer from the DNS serer
indicating the reverse entry does not exist. Basically this means the REVDNS
could exist but Declude is not sure because it never received a response back
saying it did or did not exist.

You could try using a filter like this:
#Remote mail hosts connecting and announcing your IP addresses
HELO 10 CONTAINS 208.100.26.91
#Remote mail hosts connection and announcing your hostnames
HELO 10 ENDSWITH igive.com

A little more of the headers would be helpful.
It's a zombie of some flavor.
71.250.241.101 = static-71-250-241-101.nwrknj.east.verizon.net.
You could use a filter with
HELO 10 IS IGIVE.COM

To:
Robert, you would use a filter file for this, e.g.
#First, escape this file if the source is on your own network
REMOTEIP END CIDR 208.100.26.0/24
REMOTEIP END CIDR 192.168.0.0/24
#Skip this whole test if we are already above a hold weight of 20
SKIPIFWEIGHT 25
#Apply a maximum total weight
It looks like you have SPF setup on your DNS.
I would think that enabling the SPFFail test or adjusting the
action/weight would correct your problem. An email comes in, Declude looks
up your SPF record from DNS and compares the IP with the list of trusted
senders. It should fail the test
Do not accept mail with your own helo setup a helo filter
HELO 15 IS igive.com
Set it at your hold weight. Your actual server(s) IP addresses should already
be whitelisted so it will not affect your internal mail routing.
