Hello - I have a few questions. I got SlimServer up and running on my
file server. I am also able to stream music to my workstations. Here
are the three problems I'm experiencing:
1. For some reason the RadioGuide by radiotime no longer works on
either the file server or the workstations. I

Squeeze was working fine for weeks. Seems to work and operate but no
sound out of speakers. Speakers are well connected because I hear music
ok when in TUNER mode. Squeeze is connecteded and seems to play but no
sound. I have tried all the modes on the stereo.

When you say Squeeze, do you mean the Squeezebox or Softsqueeze?
Have you checked the volume on the player? Under certain situations it
can get reset to 0.
Does the player visualizer activate, i.e. do you see the spectrum
analyzer, VU meter, etc?

Yes, the preamp volume control is in the same place for every platform
of SlimServer.
What happens when you press PLAY on the remote? Does a press of NOW
PLAYING show a track with the time counting up and the progress bar
slowly filling in?

are stored in SlimServer.

Slimserver 6.5.0 seemed to break Live365 support for me - it has not
worked since. Live365 via Squeezenetwork is still working fine, so I'm

I ripped a new recording of Mahler's 2nd Symphony using WinAmp. The mp3
tracks play fine in WinAmp. SlimServer 6.51 sees them, I can select the
tracks, but if I try and play them, the elapsed time does not increase,
the vu bars are dead, and there is no sound. The other albums I ripped

if you look carefully at that report, you'll see that it probably
