You are correct Michael. Slimserver 6.5.2 can do proxied streaming for
Live365. I was so interested in being able to switch my SB3 to the
Squeeze Network via PPP over a cell phone, that I didn't even try that.

I don't get exactly the same problem but I have been getting a lot of
instability between my Xbox and the bridged SB3. I've got everything
set to DHCP, and have no trouble with streaming audio from the
Slimserver to the SB3.
However whenever I use the Xbox I can get 30 mins > hour or so with

It sounds like IE7 has been set as your default browser.
Open FF and go to Tools > Options > Main (tab)
At the bottom of the Main tab is a button marked 'Check Now', this will
then ask if you want FF to be the default browser (if its not already).
