I've found out that the problem came from dbPowerAmp which put 1 in
the disc tag even though the GUI said 1/1.
I corrected the disc tags to be 1/1, rescanned, and the (Disc x)
after album name is now gone.
So it seems it only appends (Disc x) if disc tag is 1, 2 and so on.

From Now Playing you can push the right arrow to get into track details,

If you disabled native FLAC it may be trying to stream even more
bandwidth intensive .wav, which would explain the buffering. Not sure
why the FLAC would be choppy though.

I managed to lock a Sqzbx up so completely while playing with this that

restart the server from my PreferncesPane, the button does change to

In the iPeng Now Playing screen, if I swipe left, I'm presented with the
playlist screen similar to iPod or iSqueeze, I like iSqueeze
implementation of this better.
If I sweep right, I'm presented with a track info page that is
customizable in the iPeng settings. Mine shows a link to song info,

change the Thumbnail Size back and forth; it seems the artwork is

track, but I still find it difficult to navigate to info about upcoming
tracks in the playlist in iPeng. This is why I'd like to be able to
access an info link like in iPeng Now Playing for any item in the
current playlist.

My Artist list is pretty large too at 2,273 and
Iqueeze was a surprisingly fast application...
I did some benchmarks choosing songs (from memory) in different artists
from different genres and tracks, and it seemed to me Isqueeze was
faster to get there than Ipeng. And It´s also faster to go up some

You need to install a new version of AlienBBC (assuming you did not
upgrade from 7.1).
There is a new release 2.02 which includes all the menu changes
relating to iPlayer.

i use a static IP for my SB, and i use a reserved dhcp IP for my SBC,
and i have had occassional issues with the sbc as i've mentioned b4 i
think.
but i am posting b/c why not, in the meantime, give the SBC a feature
to restart the wireless connection from scratch, like the repair
