The server identifies different players by looking at the mac. So you
need to assign a unique mac to each unique SqueezeSlave (if you are
running more than one).
On Settings-Player (on http:\\localhost:9000) you can then set the name

used to distinguish different instances.

squeezeslave command line option that lets you set the MAC used when

I recently purchased a Squeezebox Classic (Logitech branding) and
believe I may have been ripped off based on my failure to get the unit
to work and lots of research online from people with similar tales of
woe.
The unit itself came with a remote and PSU, it has a full sticker on

(ZP100/120 & ZP90) along with that awful controller I think Im qualified
to reply ;) I have since sold the Sonos system and settled with the
Squeezebox Classic range.
The sound quality of the ZP100/120 is suitable for background,

similar re-buffering problem when streaming from Syno 207+ but the same
never reoccurs since I upgraded to Syno 209+ II.
