testing 6.5.1 with Pink Floyd - The Wall. I am still hearing gaps
between tracks. Small but noticeable gaps of silence in between tracks.
Files are MP3/LAME. These same files play fine normally but not from
SlimServer 6.5.1. A fix for this would be great, don't you all agree?

bummer! they still don't support the tags. oh well. i am testing again
with the new software and i cannot get rid of gaps. foobar plays the
files fine if i dont use slimserver. just like you guys... my whole
collection lame ;)

I predict a new QA department that thoroughly tests products before
shipping. I predict they work hard to create a better "out-of-box"
experience. I predict they source higher quality wireless cards and
power supplies. If this was all they did for a year I would buy (3).

nice spot for the Squeezebox where you will be able to read
the display, and place the unit away from sources of interference, such
as 2.4GHz cordless phones. Have a good surge protector ready for the
Squeezebox power adaptor.

same here Steve. When wireless the SB3 plays a few songs then freezes.
Unplugging it is the only thing you can do. My laptop has no problem
using this wireless network. When plugged via ethernet the SB3 does not
crash. I agree a replacement is probably needed.
