While I had tried to update with the ad1c's software,the problem didn't
solved. The program thought that I have already the right files. When
Jim posted the new files and updated , everything is normal now. So

phone). So when it is connected before the radio turns on, the phone
will get com3 and radio com7. Either the radio gets the com3

You can not change the baud ratio other from 4800 to yaesu ft1000.
Try increase the polling rate for the radio timed out problem (I mean
bigger number). Probably dx4win finds your radio occupied when send a
cat. Bigger poll rate has fewer chances to find it occupied.
