Yeah it is an oxy moron sometimes... operate off grid using a battery
and you get noise (this will be the internal LiION battery
recharging/regulation circuitry causing it).
Have you tried adding ferrite to the DC leads (and weirdly to the
headset leads, I need to if using ext battery sometime

absolutely have to consider better/decent cooling if you seeing pa temps
consistently at this level.

with the PCB mask, even if only personally? I am convinced it must be
possible to bring the 472/500 signal in and bypass the filtering. I already

First I could get 40m working on RX and TX, but 20m was deaf as a post and no
TX, now it's the other way around. I needed to tweak L7 and L8.
40m is band 1 and 20m is band 2.
