I think it depends on the use case. I’d rather see the KPA500 v2 made lighter
and a third antenna port added.
The real icing on the cake would be 10w in and 500w out but I won’t touch that
topic too much!
This would make it a better “portable” amp.

Intuitively I would say yes as it’s 20% more turns by the page 14 method.

You posted what I was going to as mine will be going on a dxpedition
basically right after it comes in.
LOL, my KX3 #24 was on Montserrat, within 4 days after coming in.
And scoped out that case for it.. But the masters of the K4 may have better
ideas

Hi All,
I'm not particularly interested in SO2R but a friend is.
Please comment on whether and how the K4D might be made SO2R capable.

WET and DRY settings for one of my antennas that are selected by PF1 (^PB).

Actually this KX3 is the first and probably the last new rig I'll ever get.
Also I know my queries to be simple in nature. My son who assembled the
machine likewise put my Fred Candy book in storage. (What am I to do beat
him for cleaning up?).
So to problems I am sure are simple. How to set the
when I get it.

Hi All,
Will the K4 support a keyboard and mouse being connected using only one of its
USB ports
as would occur with a KVM switch?

Yes, RC prohibits amateur radio gear, but will happily sell you personal walkie
talkies at the gift shop to talk to your far-flung mates on board ... perhaps
the same thought as prohibiting bringing your own liquor on board.

Gentleman,
I suspect that both Wayne and Eric and the rest are aware of your
comments. Tieing up the reflector beating a dead horse to dust will do us
no good.

No you have not, there are many things that they are playing their cards
real close and we do not know about.

Take up Summits on the Air and invite the wife to hike with you and watch you
put up a temporary antenna attached to the K2 on a peak with a great view.
Everyone happy!
