What's the easiest way to prevent a user from sending/re
It was a small executive jet that was in the air when the shut down was
enacted. After significant in-air interrogation, it was determined that the
jet was legitimately headed to DC and was escorted to the airport.

the company.
I tried removing his SMTP address, didn't help. We want to restrict the
user to local mail
only.

Try creating a new profile for this user WITHOUT deleting the existing one.

One thing people should realize is the general public in the Middle East
usually hates United States as a whole. After every terrible event that
happens in the US, some crazy group celebrates in the streets. The
civilized people of the middle east mourn with the people of US.

Address Book when opening the address book.
I have removed the OAB from services, and readded it.
I went to properties of contacts and chose "show this folder
