I used the IIS lockdown utility and found that I was getting the
"authorization failed" message with Netscape 4.78 afterwards. I dug up KB
Q300512 and followed the procedure, and still I am getting this message.
What am I missing.

I managed to hose permissions on our exchange 2000/w2k box. I reset the

What permission security settings need to be changed to get things back

I am the only one in our org who uses Outlook XP and I see the same thing.
You can minimize the box. I haven't looked around enough to see how to
disable it. It usually pops up when large attachment arrives ( or I get an
NDR with a large attachment.

I just realized that users can not use OWA via Netscape. The messages are
"authorization failed" with navigator 4.7 or Error: Access Denied with
navigator 6.X. I made sure that only basic authentication was checked and
sopped and restarted the service. Tried //domain/username and
domain/usernam
I have searched and found nothing that discusses what to do with the badmail
folder files. Can someone point me toward a resource? I certainly hope this
question is not along the lines of the M directory.

I got to ESM and right click public folders and get a dialog box that says:

We do extensive business in China and mail gets lost all the time. It just
never gets there. Keep in mind that the Chinese gov't blocks lots of stuff.
I gave up trying to find a pattern. Of course I also then get blamed for
there being something wrong on my end.

I just got done installing Veritas 9, the upgrade gagged so I spent 3 hours

I find that holidays stop appearing in Outlook 2000 after Dec 31 , 2002. In
XP things are fine. What is broken? Are what obvious thing am I not doing?
