Norstar, at least some models, apparently supports something called T1/E1 QSIQ which allows for EUM integration. Most people since the release of OCS 2007 R2 are using SIP trunking. Sorry. Exchange UM is no longer my area of expertise. :( (I used to be a Unity expert, long ago and far away.) T

Thanks Rob. I was able to get it to work by changing the rule to: Apply rule to messages from users Outside the organization and sent to send Delivery not authorized, message refused to sender with 5.7.1 except when the text appears in a Received Much appreciated!

All of a sudden in the last day or two, many of our internally addressed messages are going to the Outlook 2007 (non-cached mode) junk folders for different mailboxes. For example, automated messages from a...@mukilteo.wednet.edu end up in junk for some users.
