I'm trying to get my new Olympus digital camera to work with Mandrake
8.2 and I'm having some problems. I'm hoping someone can help me out.
The camera connects to the computer using USB. When I run the gphoto2
command:
gphoto2 --port usb: --auto-detect
I get the following results:

The fix (apart from removing it) it to have a look the docs that come with msec
(/usr/share/docs) and there is a pertinent file to edit in which you can say "dont
modify

my guess is probably slocate or one of the other security related
cron tasks.
mine usually gets totally loaded somewhere between 4 and 6am
both cpus up to 80-90%

Do you have some sort of journaling file system running? That happens
when you're using journaling. Check that, that's what comes to mind
here.

Unfortunately I must report that our AMD/VIA problems
have not been solved by changing to another net-board.
Linux-Mandrake 8.2 crashed during a write to an IDE
disk on the PC from an SGI server with an IDE partition
on the PC mounted via NFS.
