The answer is no. Vets were present along the parade route as were the
Humane Society who had horse trailers lined up along the route, just in
case. We were never asked to sign any waiver allowing the vet to administer
any drug. I doubt any of the ho

Another Norwegian friend who lives in a condo right at the beginning of the
parade route invited them all over for parade day and they waved a huge
Norwegian flag and cheered for us as we went by.
