Per Dudley's email, I was hoping I would have a "D'OH!" moment and discover
I'd forgotten to reboot, but went thru all that and same error.
PSDR 2.2.3 works fine with R2, but when I run PSDR 2.3.5 it pukes as soon as
I call up R2.
Awaiting other suggestions!

PowerSDR on Win7 x64.
I suspect if you are having a problem, it is permissions related at some
level. To ensure this is not the case, right click on the installer
program and select Run as Administrator to ensure the installer h

- The R2 panadaptor doesn't open
- There's a big red X across the R1 panadaptor
- R1 continues to receive but you can't see what's goi
