Christos,
Since the 1K does not have the ability to generate a signal to use as an
image calibration marker, that you have the test gear there to do
this? Which is lucky for you, but for those that don't, multi band
image calibrations are not possible..

First of all, dedicated Tx Rx image calibration for each band is only a
software issue.
I believe that Flex Radio deliberately didn't implement this feature to the
sdr1k for the favor of the flex5k.

I am very satisfied with my sdr1k box and its performance.
Image rejection is the holy grail of any DC tranceiver.
I am not interested in automatic image calibration since it always gave
me poor results.
I am also not interested in exotic

Band changing will not be as easy but at least you'll have the settings you

Gerald,
FlexRadio has made a long term commitment to support the SDR-1000 in future
software architectures. This means only cost to FlexRadio and not revenue.
That means that SDR-1000 and FLEX-5000 owners will continue get new features
and even performance enhancements at no cost. I don't
Hi,
Some time ago a friend of mine that has an SDR-1000 asked me how difficult
is it to have specific image rejection settings per each band like the
Flex-5000 has.
After some code searching I came up with a solution to his request so
separate settings of phase, gain on rx and tx per each band
It will need to be vetted out by a lot more SDR-1000 users before it is
considered for inclusion into the test branch of PowerSDR.
Please keep the Reflector updated to its progress.
