Why are programmers non-productive?
Because their time is wasted in meetings.
Why are programmers rebellious?
Because the management interferes too much.
it´s expensive in Europe ( ~ 400 Euros - case and
motherboard... you have to add the rest) and insane expensive in
Brazil. But I have a friend coming from Netherland and he is willing to
bring one of these with him. I guess this will be a one time purchase.
WAF will be very low.

My current requirements are: if the case comes with a motherboard it has
to accept a intel core 2 duo. Remote control (or a place to put the
sensor), a quiet PSU, and a VFD.
