In older versions of geoserver (like 2.0.2) was the format of the date
datatype in geojson "-mm-dd". In version 2.2.3 is a suffix "z" added
to the format, so you get "-mm-ddz". Why is the 'z' suffix added and
is there a way to get rid it?

It looks like someone began writing instructions how to do this but stopped.

branches. I was wrong about having fixed the WicketNotSerializableException
issue so that is resolved on 2.2.x as well. The build server seems to have

1- For empty tables, specific to MSSql server empty tables will give
exception like "SRID must be between 0 to 9" which will break GeoServer.

We had some pre-generated TMS caches being served by the GWC integrated
with GeoServer 2.1.3 quite happily.
After an inadvertent upgrade to OpenGeo-suite geoserver (2.2 snapshot I
think, via apt), we re-installed GS 2.1.3 (via war). All is working well

I spent a few hours yesterday attempting to get this working with no
success. I do believe this is due to my inability to get the MrSID plugin
working with GDAL. I have followed this tutorial
