The Lingala locale for glibc is prepared and submitted. The glibc
project is doing a major review of existing locales, so new locale
commits are going slowly, but I promise I will keep on it and it will
get submitted for the next release.

I would coment that WebKitGTK+ is not on your list, but is required
for a completely localized Epiphany experience.
I'm still agitating for some improvement (hackish or otherwise) in the
WebKitGTK+ failure to produce a valid POT file (for the past two
