So does that mean it no longer is able to be set to 0 (ie we have no choice
now its always on) or that its been removed period so now servers are able
to run commands on clients (ie plugins will work now without the cvar set to
0)

This makes it pretty impossibly to ban him and all you end up doing is
banning another person.

Alfred, im wondering does this have any affect on other servers running on
the box. All of the sudden, about 2 hours ago or so, my css servers started
running at 10fps. I installed a hl1 game on the box and its fine tops out at
about 330 or so and acts normal.

Any one have centos and dell 1950's have an odd problem with source now all
of the sudden. All the hl2 servers run at 10fps (fps_max is at 600) but when
i installed a hl1 game it was fine topped out at 330 or so fps.
Anyone run into this before?

Yes its very possible, all mine are services. There are many ways to do that
and also different tools that monitor servers for you like serverdoc (that
one comes to mind) or even a batch file that restarts it when it crashes.

You will run into this with a remote mysql server as well.
There used to be some method for doing large ban files. Search the
