looks like my server successfully auto-updated, but encountered some
kind of problem. When I checked it just now it was spamming the
console with this message over and over:
Could not AllocSound() for InsertSound() (DLL)
Free Sound List is full!
And it was using 99%+ CPU, when usually it's under
bots broken? Got this in server.cfg, but no bots:

that was my line of thought behind having bot_quota 4. Gives you a 2
on 2 match while you wait for everyone else to show up. And as soon as
humans join, bots drop, so, no biggie.
