Technically, paging space, but that data doesn't persist across IPLs so
the order of paging volumes isn't important.
Spool is the only thing you could mess up.
And remember that system data files are saved in spool space, so
included with spool (and the potential to be messed up)
are NSS, DCSS, IMG, UCR, NLS, and TRF files.
