I am using windows 7, latest jaws, outlook 2010 and just installed IE9
and since installing IE9 I cannot locate the options menu in outlook
2010. Before, I could find it in the list view. I have tried the list
view, alt plus F, Alt plus V, Insert plus V and applications list but
can't find it.

Here is what insert+h in goldwave told me as an answer. I paste it here
because I believe it will help you understand the zoom better. The commands
you used as an example control the zoom level.
To zoom to see the actual waveform, Press Shift+1.
Note: in ratio, this level is presented as 1:1.
Hi Folks,
I have a corrupted file in my copy of OpenBook 8.0, When I
attempt to remove it using either the Control Panel or the
Program Sub-menu I get the following message.
OpenBook
An installation support file could not be installed.
The parameter is incorrect.
I am running Jaws 10.latest
Be sure Open Book is closed before you attempt to remove it. Also, use the
Windows Task Manager to terminate any Open Book processes that may be
running in the background.

Yes, I have tried it without luck. The issue is not necessarily of any

I have not created any DAISY books, but I have looked into what is
available. Have you looked at the solutions promoted at the daisy.org
site? They have a pipeline Open Source project for more advanced
creation. They also have links to other solutions. One is a plugin for
Word. It is not
The PRS software that comes with the PTR1, the PTR2, and the PTP1 better
know as the plextalk pockit can also be used by it self, or with JAWS. Then
there is all the Eclips stuff from IRTI.
