Well, it can not find it. I did follow the printer install and it did

What type attachments are they? Are you sure they are simply not
opening in protected view? If I go to open an Excel spreadsheet the
screen is totally silent but if I use the JAWS cursor it is there but
in protected view. I save the attachment then go into open it in my
documents.
